ReFERRAL Program
The best compliment we can receive from our valued clients is a referral to their family and friends. To say thank you, we offer a gift card up to the value of $200. Terms and conditions are as follows:
Existing clients of Finance25 are eligible to refer and receive a gift card.
Finance25 must be advised at the time of the referral by either the existing client or the new client being referred, by providing the referrer’s contact information. Information must match existing records.
To qualify, the refinance loan amount must be a minimum of $300,000 or greater. One gift card applies per client referred only, regardless of the number of loans being applied for or refinanced.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are available from most major Australian retailers. Please nominate the retailer and/ortype of gift card and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Pre-paid credit cards are excluded from this program.
Gift card payable only when a loan is successfully settled.
Finance25 accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise in connection with gift cards received and participants in this referral program should seek their own independent legal, tax and financial advice.
Finance25 reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend the offer, terms and conditions of this program at any time, without notice.
From time to time the Referrer may refer persons to the Finance Broker in relation to the Finance Broker for providing a particular Credit Activity to the client.
The Referrer agrees that:
- They will not represent that they are an agent or representative of Finance25.
- Any referrals to the Finance Broker will be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of this program.
- They have not been convicted within the last ten years of serious fraud and are not subject to any court order or order under State Crimes Acts.
- They are not banned from engaging in a credit activity under a state or territory law, or under Part 2-4 of the NCCP Act.
The Referrer must:
- Engage in the Referral Activities only as a matter incidental to the carrying on of a business that is not principally making contact with persons for the purpose of giving their names and other details to another person.
- Only inform the client that the Finance Broker may be able toprovide a particular Credit Activity to the client, and not a specific product or any recommendations.
- Refrain from discussing with the client their credit requirements, objectives or financial circumstances.
- Provide to the Finance Broker or the Aggregator any information or assistance reasonably requested by the Finance Broker or Aggregator to enable them to comply with its obligations under applicable laws, including under the NCCP Act.
- The Referrer indemnifies us for all loss which may be incurred by us in respect of any claims made by a consumer or any other person arising out of any unauthorised actions by you.
